Responsible Gambling
sirap77 believes that online gambling should remain entertainment — not a burden. This page outlines our commitment to player protection, the self-control tools we provide, and the support resources available to you at any time.
Minimum Age Requirement: 21 Years Old
All accounts at sirap77 must be registered and used by individuals aged 21 and above. This is an absolute requirement without exception. sirap77 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that do not comply with this requirement.
Six Pillars of Responsible Gambling
sirap77's approach to responsible gambling is built around six core values that guide how we operate and interact with players.
Age Verification
sirap77 verifies the age of all players before activating an account. Registration is open only to individuals aged 21 and above, in line with the responsibilities of our international licence operator.
Self-Set Deposit Limits
Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through account settings. These limits help you stay within your financial means and avoid unplanned spending.
Play Time Limits
Set play time reminders so you do not get drawn into long gaming sessions. sirap77 supports balanced play habits so that gambling remains purely entertainment.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling is starting to have a negative impact, you can apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During the exclusion period, your account will be fully blocked from all betting activity.
Loss Limits
Set a maximum loss limit within a given period. Once this limit is reached, our system will temporarily block betting activity to protect your account balance from declining further.
Self-Risk Assessment
sirap77 provides a short questionnaire that lets you assess your own gambling patterns. The results are private and help you make more informed decisions.
sirap77 Commitment to Players
For sirap77, responsible gambling is not just a slogan — it is part of how we operate every day. Our platform is designed to provide a safe, transparent and fair entertainment experience to all players in Malaysia.
We understand that every player comes with a different background and financial situation. That is why sirap77 equips our platform with a range of self-control tools that each user can activate independently — without going through a complicated process or waiting for approval.
Responsible gambling also means ensuring that all games at sirap77 are run fairly. All slots, live casino, sports betting and crash games we offer use verified random number generators (RNG), ensuring every outcome is genuine and cannot be manipulated.
One important thing players need to understand: gambling should not be used as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. Money used for betting must be surplus funds that do not affect your daily living needs, bills or savings. If you find yourself betting with money that should be used for other needs, this is a signal that must be taken seriously.
sirap77 actively works to detect play patterns that show signs of a problem. Our team is trained to approach players in a sensitive manner and help connect them with appropriate support resources.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Feeling the need to bet with increasingly larger amounts to get the same level of satisfaction.
Feeling restless, irritable or uncomfortable when trying to stop or reduce gambling.
Hiding gambling activity from family members or close friends.
Borrowing money or selling assets to fund gambling activity.
Returning to bet after a loss in the hope of "breaking even" — a habit known as chasing losses.
Gambling starts to interfere with your work, relationships or daily responsibilities.
Feeling that gambling is the only way to feel happy or escape from stress.

Support Resources for Players
If you are concerned about your own gambling habits or those of someone you know, the most important first step is to acknowledge that help is needed. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness — on the contrary, it is a brave and sensible decision.
sirap77 encourages players to connect with recognised responsible gambling counsellors or support organisations. In Malaysia, the Ministry of Health Malaysia and several non-governmental organisations provide free counselling services for addiction issues, including gambling addiction.
The sirap77 support team can also be reached at any time via live chat 24/7 in Bahasa Melayu and English. We can help you activate self-control tools, explain exclusion options, or simply listen to your concerns before directing you to a more suitable resource.
Contact us by email at [email protected] or directly via live chat at any time. All communications are confidential and will be handled with full respect.
