4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits into a sirap77 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction, for all supported payment methods.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name. sirap77 does not accept payments from third parties.
• Any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity, fraud or money laundering will be investigated and the related account may be suspended pending completion of the investigation.
• sirap77 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges in accordance with their policies.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a sirap77 account are subject to the following policy:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal transaction, for all payment methods.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is submitted and verified.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is approved, particularly for large amounts or where there are signs of suspicious activity.
• The specified wagering requirements for any bonus must be fully met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

6. Bonus and Promotions Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by sirap77 are subject to the following specific conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: sirap77 offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, bringing the account balance to RM250. The required wagering amount is RM150 × 10 = RM1,500.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only, for the first registered account.
• sirap77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in the bonus being voided and the account being closed.

The sirap77 VIP programme offers weekly cashback across four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's gaming activity over time.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

sirap77 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different names or identities to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games or gain an unfair advantage in any bet.
• Submitting false or falsified identity documents or information during registration or the account verification process.
• Using the sirap77 platform for any illegal activity or activity that violates applicable laws.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

sirap77 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:
